Gift Card rules
- Delivery: within 24 hours after payment, not instantly.
- Email and SMS: the buyer receives the receipt; the recipient receives the eGift Card by email and, if requested, by SMS.
- Use: Gift Card value cannot be used for gratuity or tips.
- Balance: online lookup supports eGift Cards sold on or after October 1, 2026. Physical Gift Cards are available for purchase in store only and are not supported by online lookup. Check balance →
